What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
A background in sports and exercise gives me a deep understanding of common injuries that people can experience and also how best to go about their rehabilitation, allowing my clients to return to their highest physical potential. Also, my passion for the job means I wake up excited for every day as it’s a new opportunity to help change someone’s life.

I enjoy helping people recover from lower back pain, hip, knee, and ankle injuries.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working I love doing anything physically active and outdoors like surfing, swimming, hiking, running and snowboarding.

My Dad! He is the most positive, kind hearted and adventurous person I know.
Your most-outstanding achievement:
In 2024 I ran my first marathon! More than the physical achievement I am proud of the mental resilience that I built when I was training for and completing this event.
